Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
